Inclusion Support Agencies (ISA) support eligible child care services to include children with additional needs into the child care environment. ISA’s focus on the following priority groups: culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds; children with ongoing high support needs including children with a disability; and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children. There are 13 ISA’s, one to support each region in Queensland as shown below:
